3RP series high viscosity lobe pump can be used as a positive displacement pump to handle corrosive media and high viscosity suspensions containing solid particles, the temperature range of the conveyed media is -30~180 ℃, and the viscosity range is 30 cst~100000 cst. Product Details:

3RP series lobe pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing of the active gear, driving the rotor to transport media. The machine relies on two synchronously rotating rotors, the rotor in the process of rotation at the inlet to generate suction, so that the conveyed material will be inhaled, the two rotors will rotor cavity into different spaces, and then run in turn to transport the media to the discharge port, and so on and so forth, the conveyed material will be transported out continuously. In addition, the pump utilizes a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.
