Product Details:

WQ vertical centrifugal water pumps feature a coaxial, integrated pump-motor design. During operation, the motor shaft drives the pump impeller to rotate, generating a specific flow rate and propelling the fluid, thereby facilitating the transfer of the medium. This equipment offers excellent electrical conductivity, superior insulation, a robust and durable structure, and a long service life, while its leak-proof cable prevents water from entering the motor even if damaged, ensuring the safety of both personnel and production.

Feature:

1. The automatic control cabinet can be equipped according to the user's need, which can automatically protect the water leakage, electric leakage, overload and over temperature of the pump and enhance the reliability of the product.
2. It can be provided with double-rail auto-coupling installation system according to user's need, which brings more convenience for installation and maintenance, and people don't have to enter the sewage pit for this purpose.
3. Its sealed oil cavity is equipped with high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor, stator winding embedded thermal components, can automatically protect the pump motor.
4. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level. No special operation is required and it is very convenient to use.
5. It adopts single impeller or double impeller structure, which can effectively pass 5 times of the diameter of fibre and 50% of the diameter of solid particles in the pump.
6. The mechanical seal is made of hard and corrosion-resistant new titanium tungsten material, which can make the pump run continuously for more than 8000 hours.
