RY series hot oil centrifugal pump is developed on the basis of absorbing various advanced technical features, which is a single stage horizontal thermal oil centrifugal pump. This machine often applies to pumping lubricating oils containing no solid particles and fibers, and can be used in petroleum, grease, boiler, construction, pharmaceuticals, plastics, rubber, printing and dyeing and other industrial fields. This machine has a reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, and long-term stable operation without leakage in the hot state.

Product Details:

RY series hot oil centrifugal pumps are high temperature oil pumps designed to handle thermal oils up to 350°C. The pumps are usually driven by an electric motor which is connected to the pump by a flexible coupling. The pumps are normally driven by an electric motor, which is connected to the pump by a flexible coupling. This means that the entire pump support can be dismantled without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. In addition, the coupling has a cover that prevents external intrusion.

Application:

RY series hot oil centrifugal pumps are usually used to convey thermal oil or other hot oil with temperature not higher than 300℃ and viscosity 5-1500cst for hydraulic transmission system. They are widely used in industrial and urban flood control, drainage, emergency rescue, water supply and drainage, sprinkler irrigation, heat supply, sewage treatment, water treatment, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical food industries.

Feature:

1. The sealing of this machine hot oil pump adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal.
2. The basic structure is single-stage single-suction cantilevered foot support, the pump suction is axial suction, discharge center is vertical, the motor is mounted on the same base.
3. The pump is supported by double ball bearings, the front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, the back end is lubricated with grease, and there is an oil-conducting pipe in the middle, so that the sealing condition and the recovery of heat-conducting oil can be observed at any time.
